The challenge
A complete upgrade of a 1965 home addition that needed everything — demolition, structural support, foundation work, new framing, stucco, windows, doors, electrical, drywall, fine carpentry, flooring, and painting. The transformation had to be dramatic while respecting the budget.
Our approach
The project was completed on time and on budget over a three-month period. Dan Gauthier ordered high-quality materials throughout, which elevated both the workmanship and the final result. Every request from the homeowner was treated as an improvement rather than an irritant. The finished product was, in the clients' words, 'like night and day.'
